Eric O'Brien is the founder of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. and has 35 years of professional experience in the commercial and industrial real estate industry.
Since 1998, he has developed a reputation for excellence and an expertise in the brokerage and management of office and industrial properties in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
Eric has sold and leased hundreds of buildings and land parcels, and has trained and mentored numerous top producers in the industry. He has served on the Board of Massachusetts Family Institute, Eliot Community Human Services and co-founded the Lazarus Project, O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc., and nine other successful real estate ventures.
