Kristen is the co-founder of O'Brien Commercial Properties Inc. and has worked as a pillar of support handling media presence and backing the property management team since 1998.  Kristen handles all aspects of tenant/contractor relations as well as Landlord/Owner relations and is the key commander between all parties.  She plays the key role in keeping property management division running smoothly.

Eric has over 20 years of performance-based client and personal success.  His professional focus is on the brokerage and management of commercial and industrial properties in Eastern Massachusetts.  Eric has completed transactions of industrial building sales and leases ranging in size from 6,000 to 500,000 square feet and unimproved industrial land parcels up to 500 acres in size.

Upon graduating from New England College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Eric worked as a construction supervisor, completing many commercial tenant fit-ups, and later managed an industrial real estate portfolio for Jelric Realty Trust.  After serving as Principal at Access Commercial Real Estate and Senior Vice President at Parsons Commercial Group, Eric and his wife, Kristen, founded O'Brien Commercial Properties in 1998.
