O'Brien Commercial Properties Press Release: O'Brien Sells Wayland Investment Property to Legacy Warrior, LLC for $1 Million WAYLAND, MA, JANUARY 2, 2009: Bret O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial Properties represented Highland Pines Realty Trust in the $1 Million sale of 260 Boston Post Road in Wayland, MA. The property is 100% leased to nine tenants. The 7,083 square foot sale included eight of the nine units that make up the 8,500 square foot building situated on Route 20 less than a quarter mile West of the intersection of Route 27 and 126. Built in 1985 the two story multi tenant office building is rented to local merchants including lawyers, insurance agents and doctors. Bret O’Brien of O’Brien commercial Properties also procured the Buyer, Legacy Warrior, LLC, which is an affiliate of Legacy Real Estate Ventures. Legacy was formed in January of 2008 and this is their third acquisition.
