The initial term is a two year sublease from Kranson Industries, the Saint Louis parent company of packaging manufacturer TricorBraun. O’Brien secured additional term through the landlord, Warren Miller, trustee of Horizon Nominee Realty Trust II. Hatch Technology is a high end manufacturer of custom automation software and equipment.
