The 28,000 square foot building is located on 1.99 acres of industrial zoned land, and it was a fully occupied investment property at the time of the sale. “This acquisition fits nicely into the buyer’s existing portfolio from both a geographic and property type perspective,” said Aho. “The fact that the property was 100% leased to a single tenant with a long history in the building made it all the more appealing to the new owner from a management standpoint.” The building was originally built in 1974 and expanded in 1998.
